Daniel has overcome personal health challenges, realizing the importance of food and how it affects everything in life. Now they use their skills and passions to nurture and empower others!

Summer Saturdays: Speed & Agility

Our first Summer Workshop is Saturday June 15th! Make sure to sign your kids up for a great morning all about Speed & Agility!

From 9 AM - Noon, they will work on improving their speed, coordination, footwork & specific skills they can use in soccer, lacrosse, football, basketball, jiu jitsu, or any other sport they are in throughout the year. 

The workshop will include dynamic warm-up, speed & footwork drills, sport specific technique, & proper cool down & stretching. All athletes should be dressed to train with supportive shoes & socks. Please bring water & a snack (if needed). All youth athletes will need parent’s signature on liability forms before beginning the workshop.

The workshops will be led by top-class coaches who have certifications & professional experience with:
🔸 USA Weight Lifting
🔸Certified Personal Trainer (NASM)
🔸Certified Strength & Conditioning Coach (CSCS)
🔸Buffalo Bills

These coaches have sports specific experience in: 
▪️Jiu Jitsu

Our summer series runs each Saturday 9 AM - Noon with a specific focus for the day:

Saturday June 22nd: Power Production
👉Build explosive power, foot speed & jump
Saturday June 29th: Strength & Conditioning
👉Boost strength & power gains
Saturday July 13th: Mobility & Recovery Techniques
👉Injury prevention & proper mechanics to decrease overuse injury

Reserve your spot today for the workshop series ($500 for all 4 Workshops) or drop-in for the day ($125). The workshop is for ages 10 and up and has 6 kid minimum.
