JAKE RADLICH, MS, ATC

Clinician who specializes in soft tissue and joint mobilization with corrective and rehabilitative exercise to increase peak performance. A progressive, motivated clinical practitioner with sports medicine and strength & conditioning experience within division 1 athletics and football at the professional level. I pride myself on taking a holistic approach to the multifaceted requirements for optimal athletic performance. Building relationships with patients and my co-workers in conjunction with clinical skills, allows me to deliver high performance in an elite environment.

Previous employment with the Buffalo Bills and the San Diego Fleet football team.

JESSE FISHER

Jesse enjoys working with young athletes looking to develop and strengthen their skill set for sports, specifically those looking to increase speed & power. He is a Performance Improvement Training Coach that helps athletes prepare for their upcoming season/competition. Each of his training sessions are specifically created to the client’s personal needs. Jesse looks to inspire anyone determined to breakthrough their own prior limitations with focus, ambition and perseverance.

Strength & Conditioning Specialist

JONATHON REID

Jon is from Edinburgh (Scotland) where he founded a strength and conditioning business that provided coaching services for general population and sports performance clients. He worked with athletes from many different sports, including soccer, rugby, distance running and jiu-jitsu, as well as helping general population clients burn fat and build muscle.

Jon believes in developing well-rounded athletes who are able to move freely and powerfully. He focusses on developing high quality movement patterns and is particularly experienced in strength, speed and power training. He adopts a holistic and collaborative approach to ensure that the physical training he provides facilitates the achievement of the client’s ultimate aim.

Jon is always striving to improve and update his professional skills. He regularly partakes in both formal and informal CPD and is currently in the process of applying to become a BASES accredited sport and exercise scientist.

Outside of the world of strength and conditioning, Jon can be found playing soccer, supporting Heart of Midlothian Football Club, hanging out with friends and family, weightlifting, playing chess and watching comedy shows.

Strength & WEIGHTLifting Specialist

JOSH LAGRONE, CSCS

Josh grew up in San Diego, California.

Josh began playing sports at the age of 6 years old when he participated in basketball, football, baseball, and track and field. Josh continued playing sports through his teenage years and was fortunate enough to receive a athletic scholarship to Oregon State University to play football.

He played four seasons there and graduated with a B.S. in Sociology.

In his free time, Josh enjoys spending time with his wife and kids and preparing himself mentally and physically for local weightlifting competitions.

Josh is a USAW level 2 Sports Performance Coach, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, and Crossfit Level 1 coach. He is currently studying to take the NSCA Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialists Exam and is currently in graduate school working to earn his masters in Exercise Science. Josh specializes in the sport of weightlifting and in strength training for sport.

Mobility Specialist

SABIR GREENWELL, FRCms

Sabir attended the University of California - Irvine and received his BS in Biological Science in 2012. After graduation, he gained experience in many rehabilitation settings including geriatrics, aquatic, pediatrics and orthopedic therapy.

Sabir is a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu under Cadu Francis, and coaches both adult and kids classes. He has athletic experience in many different sports, but BJJ and tennis are his favorites.

Agility & Power Production SPecialist

CHRIS TJ DeGUZMAN, MS, ATC, CSCS

TJ is a certified athletic trainer (ATC) and certified strength & conditioning specialist (CSCS) working both outpatient physical therapy and event coverage throughout the year where he has been assigned to work a variety of team sports to perform first aid and injury care for athletes of all skills and disciplines.

At a young age he discovered an early fascination with science which was further fostered by books and TV. By the time he discovered high school sports and parkour, his trivial knowledge of physics, biology, and human anatomy would become the foundation for his lifelong pursuit of the field of kinesiology, or simply the study of human movement.

TJ would later earn his Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology from Cal State Long Beach, and then his Master’s of Science in Kinesiology from Point Loma Nazarene University.

Throughout the past decade he has gained a variety of experience working with clients in football, track & field, volleyball, soccer, gymnastics, martial arts, and even dancers.

TJ enjoys the outdoors in many ways and on most weekends you can find him offroading, hiking, climbing, snowboarding, skating, street luging, pk/freerunning, and martial arts tricking.

Strength & MObility Specialist

TREVOR MCGIRR

Trevor McGirr is a Sports Performance Coach and former pro-football player with 6+ years of coaching experience.

After competing on an international (Cheerforce) and collegiate (SDSU) cheer team, in 2013 Trevor transitioned to personal training and playing football. He played at the junior college for one season before earning a full-ride scholarship and the starting placekicking position at Southern Utah University. After college Trevor broke into the professional Indoor Football League playing for the Colorado Crush before the franchise folded.

He currently holds a B.S. in Exercise Science (M.S. Student), Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Exos Performance Specialist (XPS), Personal Training Certification (CPT), Olympic Lifting Sport Coach (USAW) and internship at EXOS. He is currently pursuing his Master’s Degree in Exercise Science with completion expected by the end of 2019. Trevor enjoys spending time outside of the gym doing martial arts, parkour, and anything that breaks a sweat!

Trevor will work to make sure each client is given the individual attention needed to achieve their training goals in a safe and fun working environment.
